1. Acceptance

By using SkipTheScams, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to use this platform.

2. Platform Services

SkipTheScams provides a directory and escrow-protected booking service connecting clients with independent escorts. We are not a party to the services provided between users.

3. Escrow Payments

All bookings are secured through our escrow system. Client payments are held until both parties confirm the booking is completed. A 2.5% platform fee is deducted from each completed booking.

4. Disputes

Either party may open a dispute within 72 hours of a booking. Our team will review the case and make a determination about fund disbursement.

5. User Conduct

Users must not: misrepresent themselves, engage in fraud, harass others, or violate any applicable law. Violation may result in account suspension or ban.

6. Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We never share user information with third parties except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

SkipTheScams is a platform that facilitates connections between users. We are not responsible for the conduct, safety, or legality of any services provided through the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
