We're going to have the weekly case study post for you tomorrow instead of today, but in the meantime, I just have to show you my new baby.
My previous iMac (which you can see reflected in the screen below—and yes, that's me the dork taking the picture) was a great computer for the last 5 years, but it has finally rolled over and died. It needs a new logic board, which is no longer available unless I get a used one, and I didn't want to put hundreds of dollars into an already-obsolete computer.
Most Macs last a lot longer than 5 years, but this one had been a bit of a problem child. It worked great 99% of the time, but I did have a few problems with it over the years.
So I got a new one earlier this week, which in itself says a lot—despite the difficulties with the previous iMac, I didn't for a second consider getting anything else. This thing is incredible, and I've been staying up late playing with it. Ahem, I mean working.
The viewable area is 23-1/2 inches wide and 13 inches high. The entire thing is about 25-1/2 inches wide and almost 18 inches high. There's so much screen real estate I might just rent some out!
I'll be posting more photos and set-up how-tos on another site soon, so when it's ready, I'll post again with the address so you can take a look if you're interested.
I'm going to get back to "work" now. Quit bothering me.

I LOVE my “job.” Affiliate marketing takes work, but it doesn’t feel like work.

I am so jealous. It is much better than my old Mac mini. Congratulations Laura.
Thanks! I’ve never had a Mini. Do you like it?
